This project, located in the heart of Aberystwyth’s historic town conservation area, presented a unique blend of challenges and opportunities. Our knowledge of the client’s expectations ensured a clear vision from the outset, allowing us to deliver a result that met every requirement with precision.

our client required a stylish, comfortable base to host international business visitors—a showcase residence that would make a lasting impression. This was never intended to be a run-of-the-mill rental property; instead, it was designed as a flagship hospitality asset reflecting the company’s ambition and standards.

The property itself, a townhouse stripped back to its bare structure, was transformed through an extensive renovation programme. Our team undertook a comprehensive overhaul: rewiring, plumbing, interior design, installation of three new roofs, and the reconstruction of the kitchen extension at the rear.

In keeping with conservation area regulations, we specified and installed timber sash windows throughout, preserving the building’s character while providing a fresh, modern finish inside.
