Bespoke Leisure Space
We were contacted by this client after they had seen the quality of work delivered on a previous project (a reflection of the reputation built through years of consistently high standards). The client required a dedicated space to entertain and relax, separate from the main house and making the most of the exceptional estuary views.
A bespoke garden room of approximately 6m x 3m, designed and built as a high-quality leisure and entertaining space. The structure uses a simple timber frame construction, finished with the latest materials for both the cladding and roof — delivering a contemporary, durable building that sits comfortably in its landscape setting.
The garden room extends the usable living space of the property and creates a year-round entertaining destination that would simply not have been possible without a purpose-built structure.
With a flat, uncomplicated site and clear views to frame, the design focus was on maximising the connection between the interior space and the landscape beyond.
The choice of contemporary cladding and roofing materials gives the building a clean, modern aesthetic whilst ensuring longevity and low maintenance.
The timber frame approach kept the build efficient and precise, delivering a finished room that feels both considered and completely at home in its surroundings.
