Our team was entrusted once again with the delivery of a major commercial scheme, continuing a longstanding partnership built on reliability and consistently high standards. The project’s core aim was to support local enterprise and employment, providing purpose-built facilities that would attract and nurture a variety of commercial occupiers. The result: a resounding success, with every unit sold and 100% occupancy achieved, securing strong returns for our client and reinforcing the wider economic impact of the development.
Our brief was to create a new-build commercial development offering around 50,000 sq ft of versatile, mixed-use space. Thanks to grant support from the Welsh Government, we delivered units tailored for manufacturing, storage, offices, food production, and even a gym — all within an integrated, flexible scheme designed to meet the diverse needs of local businesses.

The site itself required expert handling due to extremely poor ground conditions, demanding thorough geotechnical assessments to ensure a safe and robust foundation. Our approach from the outset was meticulous, prioritising both safety and long-term viability for every occupier.
